Mr. Vincent was a very loving and generous Christian man who loved to give back to his community with nothing in return. He started his company to help those surrounding him with what he did best, which was to take care of trees. Mr. Vincent met and worked with various people throughout the years and continued to grow as a person and as a company. In the year 2010 Mr. Vincent met and hired Carlos Avila, a man that came to the United States from Honduras to provide a better future for himself and his family back at home. With years of experience with trees on Mr. Avilas behalf  Both Mr. Vincent and Mr. Avila had the great pleasure of working together for the next 8 years. Throughout those years their work turned into a friendship and a friendship turned into a family Mr. Vincent was not close to his family and saw Mr. Carlos Avila as his own son, just as Mr. Avila saw him as a father figure.
